Mass Deportation 30th June
Hey peeps and welcome to the launch of "No Borders Dublin"! We're just in time to kick up a stink about the mass deportation expected next Tuesday 30th June 2009. Only three weeks has past since the last mass deportation and there was yet another less than a month prior to that. Before that mass deportations from Ireland occurred on average once every couple of months so the Irish government seems to be taking an even harsher stance on immigration, maybe because of all the propaganda and bullshit the mainstream media prints about "migrants stealing jobs from Irish workers" and "starting the economic crash". Each mass deportation sends about 40 migrants back to countries where they face brutal dangers. The majority of people deported from Ireland are Nigerian. In Nigeria young women are at risk of Female Genital Mutilation. F.G.M. is when all or part of the female genitalia is cut off or mutilated causing lifelong pain and risk of death through haemorrhage. Most of the people at risk of deportation next Tuesday will be deported to Nigeria. This is a callout to anyone with an ounce of sense to help us prevent this deportation. On Tuesday migrants will be arrested and detained at the G.N.I.B. (the garda national immigration bureau) before being deported from Dublin airport. Join us outside the G.N.I.B. at 1pm on Tuesday 30th June. Let’s make things very difficult for the system that destroys countries by waging war for profit and then complains when the occupants of the countries they forced into such a dangerous state seek refuge in this country.
